Shipping and Delivery

This policy applies to all orders placed within the United States of America. It is designed to ensure that you are clearly informed about our shipping practices and procedures. By ordering from Mannat Rugs, you acknowledge and accept the terms stated below.

A. Shipping Costs Within the USA

We offer free shipping on all rug orders within the United States. No additional shipping fees will be applied at checkout for domestic deliveries.

B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

Processing Time:
2-5 business days

Shipping Time:
2-10 business days

Total Delivery Time:
14-21 business days

Orders are typically processed and handled within 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday).
The cut-off time for order processing is 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Once shipped, rugs are usually in transit for 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Please note:

Many of our rugs are handcrafted or made to order. Delivery for these rugs may take 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the design and production time.

For large rugs (8 feet and above), and for all hand-tufted rugs during the winter season, shipping may take up to 2 additional weeks due to the latex curing process required in production.

C. Delivery Terms

Orders are shipped via:
• UPS
• FedEx
• USPS

We partner with major shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other trusted logistics providers to ensure your rug is delivered safely and promptly.

D. Change of Address

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

E. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery in real time.

This will allow you to monitor your shipment's progress until it reaches your door.

F. Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will process your cancellation without penalty.
If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for further instructions.

G. Parcels Damaged During Transit

If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you refuse the package and immediately notify us.
If the package was delivered while you were not present, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours to file a damage claim. Clear photos of the damage may be required to process your claim.

H. International Shipping Outside the USA

We offer free shipping on international rug orders outside the USA, excluding some oversized or special rugs.
Please be aware that customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

If customs duties are not paid in a timely manner, your package may be returned or disposed of. In such cases, Mannat Rugs will not issue refunds or replacements for rugs lost due to unpaid customs charges.

Please note that rugs larger than 10 feet may take up to an additional 2 weeks for delivery due to transit regulations affecting certain Middle Eastern shipping routes

Lost Package Clause

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team and we will assist you with carrier investigation.

For larger or custom rug orders being shipped internationally, we encourage you to contact our support team for a detailed shipping quote and timeframe.
