At Mannat Rugs, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our rugs and believe in offering transparent and fair policies for cancellations, returns, and refunds. This policy applies to all customers within the United States. For orders outside the contiguous U.S., please refer to the section at the end of this policy.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement without any penalty. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as processing, production, or shipping may have already begun. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your rug is delivered. All returned items must arrive at our facility within 45 days from the delivery date. Rugs must be in their original condition-unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Final Sale Items
Custom rugs, made-to-order rugs, oversized rugs (10 feet wide or more), clearance or sale rugs, and any rug marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable and cannot be refunded. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in design, color, or size are not considered defects.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@mannatrugs.com or call +1 (307) 533-7088. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with return instructions. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval. Please note, we do not provide free return pick-up services. Rugs returned without prior written approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Rugs
Each rug is handmade and may feature unique characteristics or slight imperfections. If your rug arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email us at contact@mannatrugs.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of both the rug and packaging. Our team will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund depending on availability. Damage claims may take time to resolve, and we appreciate your patience.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or exchanges will not be granted in cases where color variation is caused by screen or lighting differences, slight imperfections expected in handmade items, or returns of custom, made-to-order, or clearance products. Rugs returned without our written approval will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
Returns that fall outside our free return policy may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. Each case is reviewed individually based on product condition and eligibility.
Refund Process
Once your returned rug is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Orders Outside the Contiguous United States
We do not offer free returns for orders shipped outside the contiguous United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the rug is unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached and in its original packaging. Final Sale, custom, and made-to-order rugs remain non-returnable and non-refundable.
