Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Mannat Rugs, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our rugs and offer transparent policies for cancellations and refunds.
2.1 Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement without any penalty. After 12 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed as processing, production, or shipping may have already begun.
2.2 Refunds & Returns
Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our rugs, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your rug arrives damaged, please email us at info@mannatrugs.com within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the issue. If your claim is approved, you will be eligible for a refund or exchange based on product availability.
2.3 Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following situations: color variations caused by lighting or screen differences; minor design or pattern inconsistencies that are natural in handmade rugs; custom, made-to-order, and sale or clearance items which are all final sale; and items returned without prior written approval from our support team.
2.4 How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund request, please email info@mannatrugs.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and attach images showing the issue. Our team will assess your request and respond within 2β3 business days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the item does not meet our return eligibility criteria.
2.5 Restocking Fee
We evaluate each return request individually. If a return is accepted but falls outside our free return policy, a 25% restocking fee may apply.
2.6 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
2.7 International and Non-Contiguous U.S. Orders
We do not offer free returns for orders shipped outside the contiguous United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the item is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please note that all custom, made-to-order, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
